Russ Manning Studio Star Wars Daily Comic Strip Original Art dated 6-5-80 (L. A. Times Syndicate, 1980). The last major work of veteran high-adventure ace Manning (script and principal art) is formally attributed to the Russ Manning Studio in light of his extensive use of anonymous assistants. This dynamically composed sequence features Zon, Princess Leia, and Luke Skywalker's X-Wing Fighter, and it bears the Manning touch in layout and structure.
