Description

Roger Armstrong Napoleon Daily Comic Strip Original Art dated 4-8-52 (Lafave Newspaper, 1952). With the passing of the strip's creator, Clifford McBride (1901-1951), just a year before, Roger Armstrong was asked to take over this series. The writing was handled by McBride's widow, Margo. Dog's can cure your depression, and apparently, they can also fix a crick in the ol' neck! Created in ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 16.5" x 4.75". Signed by Armstrong in the last panel. In Excellent condition, with edge toning.
