R. B. Fuller - Oaky Doakes Daily Comic Strip Original Art (AP Features, undated). Although he may not have been as dashing and strong as Prince Valiant, Oaky Doakes was at least more prompt -- beating Valiant into print by nearly two years! In this daily, dated 4-23 (year unidentified), Oaky makes a break from his sleepy captors, in this strip titled "He Walks in Their Sleep". The image area measures 21" x 5.25" in Excellent condition.
