Phil Davis Mandrake Daily Comic Strip Original Art dated 9-2-42 (King Features Syndicate, 1942). A beautifully staged Phil Davis three-panel daily produced in ink over graphite and Zipatone on Bristol board with an image area of 20.5" x 4.5". There is light toning, adhesive staining, edge and corner wear, small spots of soiling, and staining in the first panel area.
