Morris Weiss Joe Jinks Daily Comic Strip Original Art dated 11-14-41 (United Feature Syndicate, 1941). This daily titled "He's a Hero!" has Hookey winning a prize fight, but at what cost? Done in ink over graphite on Bristol board, the image area measures approximately 19" x 5", and the strip is in Excellent condition, with only some mild toning to the board.From the Bobby G. Murphy Collection.
