Description

Morris Weiss (attributed) Mickey Finn Sunday Comic Strip Original Art Group (McNaught Syndicate, 1969-70). As series creator Lank Leonard went into semi-retirement in late 1968 and passed away in August 1970, these strips were most likely produced at least in part by his assistant and strip heir Morris Weiss. There are four complete Sunday strips dated: 9-7-69; 11-16-69; 11-30-69; and 9-6-70. There is also the top tier from a Sunday strip most likely from 12-14-69. Produced in ink over graphite on pieces of Bristol board taped together to form an image area of 19" x 11.5". Some have folds. There is slight tanning and edge/corner wear. They are on average in Very Good condition.
