Milton Caniff Terry and the Pirates Daily Comic Strip Original Art dated 4-22-35 (Chicago Tribune, 1935). This installment, from about seven months into the run, shows Caniff's much lighter, early art style. Ink and blue wash over graphite on Strathmore Bristol board, with an image area of 20" x 5.5". Edge toning and handling wear, and pinholes in the top corners. In Very Good condition.Auction Info
