Description
Milton Caniff Terry and the Pirates Daily Comic Strip Original Art dated 12-15-37 (Chicago Tribune/NY Syndicate, 1937). Caniff's moody figures and backgrounds create a dramatic mood as the beautiful Burma faints in Terry's arms. Ink over graphite with blue wash on Bristol board with an image area of 20" x 5.5". There is light overall toning and/or smudging. Otherwise art is in Excellent condition.From the Bobby G. Murphy Collection.
