Description
LeBaron Coakley - Editorial Cartoon Hitler Original Art dated 11-30-42 (1942). Titled "Right In Der Fuehrer's Face!", this image marks event when the French Navy scuttled the Fleet in the harbor on 11-27-42 to keep it from falling into the invading Nazi Army's hands. Crafted in ink and Conte crayon on Coquille board with an image area of 13" x 17". Signed in the image area, and personalized and signed again below when given as a gift later.
