Description

Lank Leonard Mickey Finn and Nippie Sunday Comic Strip Original Art dated 11-1-1936 (McNaught Syndicate, 1936). Nippie (He's often wrong) is the "topper" companion strip for Lank Leonard's then-new strip Mickey Finn. Finn had just started 4-6-1936, so this was only seven months into the 41 year run! (Possibly the earliest one we have ever offered!) Created in ink over graphite on four conjoined strips of Bristol board with a combined image area of 16" x 21". Toned, with stains and soiling. In Good condition.
