Description
John Prentice Rip Kirby Daily Comic Strip Original Art, dated 5-10-63 (King Features Syndicate, 1963). John Prentice extended the Alex Raymond legacy of comic strip art excellence as seen here in this high seas daily. Ink over graphite with Zipatone on Bristol board with a matted image area of 18.5" x 5.75". There is mild toning, discoloration in the Zipatone, and soft handling wear. Otherwise art is in Excellent condition.From the Bobby G. Murphy Collection.
