Description

John M. Burns Modesty Blaise Daily Comic Strip Original Art #4622A(1978-79). From the 41st Modesty Blaise story, "Yellowstone Booty," which ran from November 1st, 1978 until March 30th, 1979. This strip features Modesty and Willie in a nice close-up in the last panel. Ink on bristol board with lettering pasted on to the artwork. "Skimmed" (aka "back-stripped") as usual for this strip. There is a light stain on Willie's cheek in the final panel, and a 2" rip from the bottom up in the bottom right corner that reaches into the panel edge a small amount. Signed by the artist at the bottom of the last panel. This piece has an image size of 18.75" x 5.5" and is in Very Good condition.
