Description

Jim Holdaway Modesty Blaise Daily Comic Strip #1578 Original Art (London Times Mirror, 1968). "Galley Slaves" was the fourteenth Modesty Blaise story, which ran from May 27, 1968 - November 16, 1968 (strips #1575-1688). This episode, drawn in ink on Bristol, features Modesty and Willy As is common with Modesty Blaise strips drawn by Holdaway, the art paper surface has been "skimmed" from its board backing. The image area measures 19" x 5.5" and the art is in Very Good condition. Signed in the last panel.
