Jim Davis Garfield Sunday Comic Strip Original Art dated 8-17-03 (PAWS, 2003). A great grin -- or just grinning and bearing it? For Jon, there doesn't seem to be much of a distinction. For Garfield, however, with a mousetrap clamped to his flabby tabby behind, the difference is painfully clear! We love the Brady Bunch-inspired title panel (also featuring Odie, Pookie, Dr. Liz, Arlene, Nermal, and the mice) that leads this Sunday strip, rendered in ink over blue pencil on Bristol board with an 18.75" x 12.5" image area. Marginal notes. In Excellent condition.From the Jim Davis Collection.
