Jim Davis Garfield Sunday Comic Strip Original Art dated 2-11-79 (United Feature Syndicate, 1979). Garfield's bath day was always a source of contention... and hysteria! From the first full year of the fat-cat's strip, this sudsy Sunday was rendered in ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 18.75" x 8.25". Signed in the next to last panel. There are discolored production tape registration marks in the margins. Lightly toned and in otherwise Excellent condition. From the Jim Davis Collection.More information about Jim Davis.
