Description

Jim Davis Garfield Sunday Comic Strip Original Art dated 11-14-82 (United Feature Syndicate, 1982). Jon's attempt to douse an itchy Garfield with flea powder ends with a splash-leaving Jon all washed up! This strip from the early years of Garfield (before the famous kitty became bipedal) was created with ink over blue pencil on Bristol board with a 14" x 4" image area. The strip is generally toned, has unerased grid lines, a discolored stat logo paste-up, whiteout, and production tape in the margins. Otherwise, in Excellent condition.
