Jim Davis and Studio Garfield Sunday Comic Strip Preliminary Original Art Group of 51 (United Feature Syndicate, 1996). The preliminary art for 51 of the Garfield Sunday strips from 1996. Each Garfield comic strip is born from these initial sketches conceived by Jim Davis and his comic strip creative team. The original art in this group varies from simple sketches on paper to full rough layouts. They are produced in a variety of media from graphite to blue pencil, and are on 11" x 8.5" paper.
