    James Swinnerton Little Jimmy Daily Comic Strip Original Art dated 2-23-35 (International Feature Service, 1935). James Swinnerton, considered one of the "Grand Old Men" of the comics was born in 1875, and began cartooning while still in his teens. A coyote by any other name is the theme of this cute ink over graphite on Bristol daily that has an image area of 9" x 8", and is in Excellent condition, with some light edge soiling and toning of the Syndicate paste-up.
