    Description

    Jack Cole (as Jake) Stare Gag Illustration Original Art (Humorama, 1969). A pure Cole original gag, signed "Jake" as he did for his Men's magazine work, it first appeared in Stare Magazine, and later as the cover to Joker Digest before eventually ending up in Playboy. The original art was created in ink and ink wash over graphite on heavy Bristol board with an image area of 10.5" x 13". Slight toning on board. Glue residue across top margin. Minor handling wear. In Excellent condition.
