Hank Ketcham Dennis the Menace Partial Daily Single Panel Comic Strip Original Art dated 6-12-52 (Post Hall Syndicate, 1952). For Dennis, even playing house is a serious commitment, and he's not about to settle down before taking a few more laps around the block! The top portion of this single-panel strip has been trimmed away, though the gag remains intact. Ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 6.5" x 6". A pulled-tape abrasion in the lower left corner impacts the lettering, which has been re-inked after the fact. Toning, staining, crease across panel, trimmed edges, adhesive residue on bottom edge, smudging/soiling, and handling wear. Personalized by Ketcham in the image area. In Good condition.Auction Info
