Description

Hal Foster Tarzan Sunday Comic Strip Original Art dated 10-16-1932 (United Feature Syndicate, 1932). "Battling the Gigantosaurus." Tarzan battles a living dinosaur! It was a great reason for Foster to fill the panels with lithe figures of Tarzan and some great dino action. Created on two sections of Bristol board in ink over graphite with a combined image area of 19.25" x 26.5". The boards are toned, with pinholes in the margins. The logo is a stat paste-up. The two sections are affixed to an illustration board backing with an area of 23" x 30". In Very Good condition.
From the Al Williamson Collection.
