Hal Foster Tarzan Sunday Comic Strip Original Art dated 1-8-33 (United Feature Syndicate, 1933). Part of the great "Egyptian Sequence" famed and praised by fans, this Sunday features Tarzan's Ape-powered assault on the Pharaoh's city. It is produced in ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 19.25" x 26.25". The board is tanned, with handling and corner wear. Several rips and tears in the right side have been professionally restored with paper tape. The top and bottom right corners and a notch in the right side were completely broken off at one point before restoration. There are also pinholes in the margins. Overall in Good condition.
