George Tuska (attributed) - Daily Comic Strip Try-Out Original Art (undated). An aviation strip possibly by George Tuska for a newspaper while under his apprenticeship with Noel Sickles on Scorchy Smith. Nice action featuring a dogfight in the skies of WWII. Ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area 13.5" x 5.5". Moderate toning, spots of soiling, whiteout marks, edge and corner wear, pinholes. Part of the name paste-up is missing bits. In Very Good condition.
