Description
George McManus Bringing Up Father Strip du 30 décembre 1952 (King Features Syndicate, 1952). Dans ce strip quotidien, Maggie se prépare avec une certaine frénésie. Réalisé à l'encre et trames Zipatone, sans oublier des nuances de crayon bleu, sur un carton bristol dont la surface d'image est de 13 x 46 cm. Une correction de texte manque dans la première case. Le Zipatone est décoloré, et le strip a été déchiré en deux à hauteur de la troisième case et recollé avec du ruban adhésif. Maggie is getting herself worked up to a frenzy on this daily created in ink and Zipatone over graphite with blue pencil shading on Bristol board with an image area of 5" x 18". Missing a text correction paste-up in Panel 1. The Zipatone has discolored, and the strip was ripped in two through Panel 3 before being rejoined with tape. In Fair condition.
