    Description

George Herriman Krazy Kat Sunday Comic Strip Original Art dated 4-8-34 (King Features Syndicate, 1934). Even when being innocent, Ignatz the Mouse is up to no good! One of the things that makes Herriman's Coconino County so much fun is all of the "surreal estate". Check out those crazy backgrounds! The Sunday was created in ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 18.25" x 20". The board is toned, with handling wear in the margins. The lower margin has some press-type lettering added for a previous exhibition presentation. In Very Good condition.
