Description

Garry Trudeau Doonesbury Sunday Comic Strip Original Art dated 3-26-78 (Universal Press Syndicate, 1978). Zonker and Mike sit around outside and discuss the Z-Man's lack of interaction with the fair sex, in this classic 1970s Sunday. Zonker Harris has always been a favorite character for many die-hard hippie fans of the strip, and he's well showcased here. The art is in ink and Zipatone shading film over graphite and blue pencil on Bristol board, with an image area measuring approximately 21" x 14". Very minor edge wear; otherwise, Excellent condition.
