Garry Trudeau Doonesbury Daily Comic Strip Original Art dated 5-19-75 (Universal Press Syndicate, 1975). Recurring character Zonker Harris buys into the 1970s fad of talking to one's house-plants. This funny strip was created in ink and Zipatone (slightly discolored) over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 14.5" x 4.5", with the usual fold crease between the second and third panel. Light toning. Whiteout corrections. Matted. Signed by the artist. Rare. In Excellent condition.
