Gaar Williams Something Ought To Be Done about This Daily Comic Strip Original Art Group of 4 (Chicago Tribune Syndicate, 1929). Four trademark Williams strips featuring Everyman Mort Green. A signature single-panel format dated 9-18-29, and three pieces dated 2-2-29, 11-2-29, and 11-18-29, great examples of his proficiency in the sequential medium. Ink over graphite on Bristol board.
