    Description

Frank Godwin Rusty Riley Sunday Comic Strip Original Art dated 6-21-53 (King Features Syndicate, 1953). Beautifully detailed, realistic artwork from Frank Godwin in this Rusty Riley Sunday. Rusty has sold his two horses, but there's trouble in the air. Rendered in ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 23" x 16.25", matted to an overall size of 28" x 22". The lightly toned board has a stat title paste-up, which is losing adherence. There is a text correction paste-up in Panel 8. In Very Good condition.
