Description

David Wright Carol Day Daily Comic Strip Original Art Group of 3 (London Daily Mail, 1960,1965). Wright's crosshatch skills are nothing short of impressive, as seen in these three finely drawn gems from the "Money Matters", "Adam Boone", and "Gordon Grimes" storylines of 1962 and 1965, numbered #1188, 2713 and 2821. Created in ink over graphite on illustration boards with an image area of 17" x 5.25". There is minor whiteout correction, and production notes in spots, some smudging along the edges and light toning. Two strips, 2713 and 2821,have been professionally mounted. Overall in Very Good condition.
