Chic Young Blondie Sunday Comic Strip Original Art dated 1-28-34 (King Features Syndicate, 1934). Blondie uses her feminine wiles -- and a little guilt-tripping -- to convince Dagwood to attend a masquerade party with her in this endearing Sunday strip. Rendered in ink over graphite on two Bristol boards, split between the second and third tiers, with a total image area of 17" x 13.5". Toned, with production tape, smudging, and handling wear.
