Chic Young Blondie Daily Comic Strip Original Art dated 12-19-31 (King Features, 1931). Due to his dad's meddling, Dagwood can't take Blondie to the Raspry College Junior Prom, in this cute pre-marital daily, published during the strip's very first year. The young couple appear in ever panel of this classic episode. Ink and blue pencil on Bristol board, with an approximate image area of 16.75" x 4"; matted to an overall size of 21" x 7.25".
