Chester Gould Dick Tracy Daily Comic Strip Original Art dates 3-29-44 (Chicago Tribune, 1944). This daily installment from the legendary "Flattop" storyline features comedic relief Vitamin Flintheart accidentally shooting and killing a bartender when he drops his gun due to his shaky nerves. Dick Tracy is featured in the first panel. Also includes a signed and inscribed promotional print of Dick Tracy and Junior in Good condition, on paper, toned, with holes, tears, folds in the edges, staining in the image area, and tape residue. Daily strip is rendered in ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 20" x 6". Light toning, handling, and edge wear. In Very Good condition.
