Chester Gould Dick Tracy Daily Comic Strip Original Art dated 12-10-31 (News Syndicate Co., Inc., 1931). Tracy checks up on Pat after a gunfight and has his suspicions confirmed. This Dick Tracy daily strip from the first Big Boy story is one of the earliest we've seen. Created in ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 19.75" x 6", matted out to 25" x 13". Board is toned with heavy wear and handling, marginal pinholes, blue graphite production notes, soiling and smudging, adhesive residue, foxing, and small abrasions.
