    Description

Charles Schulz Peanuts Daily Comic Strip Snoopy and Linus Original Art dated 1-16-54 (United Feature Syndicate, 1954). Snoopy is undoubtedly the most popular of all of Charles Schulz's Peanuts characters, and while the very young Snoopy only appears in the last panel of this wonderful and early daily, he still steals the show! Linus, Lucy van Pelt's little brother, stars in the other panels. Hey Linus, who's the blockhead now? Schulz himself conceded that Peanuts reached the height of its popularity on Snoopy's antics. This daily has an ink over graphite on Bristol board image area of 27" x 5", and aside from some mild overall paper toning, and the usual fold between panels two and three, it is in Excellent condition.
