    Description

Charles Schulz Peanuts Daily Comic Strip Charlie Brown Original Art dated 11-21-85 (United Feature Syndicate, 1985). The over-commercialization of Christmas is commented on in a very humorous manner. Schulz was a master of making a thoughtful point without hitting you over the head with it. Franklin gets a nice bit of panel-time in this strip as well, as he is in every single panel. Created in ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 21.25" x 5". The toned board has pinholes in the top corners, and was folded between the center panels to allow mailing to and from the syndicate (as is standard with Peanuts strips). It is personalized and signed in the top margin. In Very Good condition.
