Description

C. Feith Jr. Marvin Jello Advertising Comic Strip Original Art (c. 1930s). This Depression Era ad has the line "Pop lost his job an' Mom has lost all hopes at home tryin' to keep us to-gether." A clear indicator that Jell-O was a valued staple for struggling families of the time. This strip is created in ink over graphite on paper with an image area of 17.25" x 9.5". Nicely matted and ready to frame. The paper has been folded vertically, and is tanned, with some minor stains. Overall in Very Good condition.
