C. D. Russell - Pete The Tramp Sunday Comic Strip Original Art, dated 7-20-47 (King Features Syndicate, 1947). Pete visits the zoo with his little pal, and his dog, "Boy," who shows how tough he is to all of the caged zoo animals -- that is, until they are expelled by the zookeeper. This episode has an image area of 14" x 22". The strip has been neatly cut into two horizontal pieces between tiers three and four; otherwise, the art is in Very Good condition.Auction Info
