Bob Montana Archie Sunday Comic Strip Original Art dated 6-12-49 (McClure Newspaper Syndicate, 1949). Archie gains a better appreciation for Betty after a night at a wrestling match. Created in ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 20.5" x 14.5". Slight toning, discolored stat logo paste-up, staple/pinholes in the margins, editorial marks and abrasion/whiteout/text paste-up corrections, ink smudging on the right side, with staining, smudging, and edge/handling wear.
