Bob Montana Archie Sunday Comic Strip Original Art dated 10-16-60 (King Features Syndicate, 1960). Mr. Weatherbee tries to stop a rocket launch with explosive results in this Archie Sunday by Montana. This strip was also colored and used in Archie #248 as a Gag Bag feature. Rendered in ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 20.25" x 13.75". The slightly toned board has a stat title paste-up, staple and pinholes in the margins, with some staining, corner creasing, and edge wear. In Very Good condition.Auction Info
