Berke Breathed Bloom County Daily Comic Strip Opus Original Art dated 9-24-87 (Washington Post Co, 1987). Everyone loves Opus! In this episode he gives us some sage advice about coping with life's problems. And if you can't trust a penguin stuck in the desert, then who can you trust? This strip references John Connally (ex-Governor of Texas, and ex-Secretary of the Treasury) and his 1986 bankruptcy problems. Produced in ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 16" x 5". It is matted and glass front framed to 24.25" x 18.25". In Excellent condition.
