Description

Alfred E. Hayward (attributed) Somebody's Stenog Sunday Comic Strip Original Art dated 5-24-31 (Ledger Syndicate, 1930). This strip appears to contain at least three jokes. An oddly-written example from the Golden Age of comic strips. Produced in ink and watercolor over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 21" x 15". Missing logo. Handling damage and wear throughout board. Margins and edges are frayed. Board is toned. 1" vertical tear in bottom margin. Considerable hand-written notes on the back. In Good Condition.
