Alex Raymond Rip Kirby Daily Comic Strip Original Art dated 3-9-53 (King Features Syndicate, 1953). Raymond had a gift for implying menace under the sunniest of circumstances. A fantastic two panel episode of the classic detective series. Ink over graphite on Bristol board with a matted image area of 20" x 5.75". Stat paste-ups for credit and title have been affixed to the mat, outside of the comic strip area. Light toning, edge and handling wear. In Very Good condition.More information about Alex Raymond.
