Al Taliaferro and Dick Moores Donald Duck Partial Sunday Comic Strip Single Panel Original Art dated 3-7-43 (King Features Syndicate, 1943). Flat broke and out of options, Donald decides a bargain-basement goat will make a perfectly sensible mode of transportation -- which will definitely end well! This original art panel by Donald Duck maestro Al Taliaferro, inked by Dick Moores during his 1942-43 run, did appear in print and was later physically cut from the published Sunday strip. Ink over blue pencil on Bristol board with a matted image area of 4.25" x 4.5", Plexiglas-front framed to 6.5" x 6.5". Light toning, blue pencil editorial mark, and minor spot stain. Presents in Very Good condition.
