Description
Al Kilgore Bullwinkle Daily Comic Strip Original Art dated 9-2-63 (Bell-McClure Syndicate, 1963). After taking Sunday off, our heroes rejoin the story with this Monday strip that also co-stars Captain "Wrongway" Peachfuzz. This strip gives a shout-out to two very real fans who wrote to Al Kilgore. But be sure to catch the slightly adult joke in Panel 2. If this were an episode of the TV cartoon Rocky and His Friends, it could have been titled "Fan Mail From Some Flounders -or- I Never Get Lost Because Everyone Is Always Telling Me Where To Go". It was created in ink and Zipatone over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 17" x 4.75". Signed in the middle panel. Slight toning and faint musty odor.
