    Description

Charles Schulz Peanuts Sunday Comic Strip Snoopy and Lucy Original Art dated 4-29-56 (United Feature Syndicate, 1956). A classic Schroeder/Lucy interaction with Snoopy sneaking in for the impetus for the hilarious finish! Lucy and Schroeder at the piano is one of the most iconic scenes from the Peanuts series. Produced in ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 22.5" x 15". Slight tanning in this vintage strip from 1956, with some handling wear. There is a paste-up art correction in panel one, just under the paste-up logo. The Bristol had been folded vertically through the center at one point. It is now glass front matted and framed to 34" x 27". In Very Good condition.
