    Charles Schulz Peanuts Football-Themed Sunday Comic Strip Original Art dated 9-10-61 (United Feature Syndicate, 1961). You can count on Lucy to give you a lesson in life about trusting others! And you can always count on the old football gag for a good laugh. Ink over graphite from the hand of Peanuts creator, Charles Schulz. Signed in the last panel. Image area is a large 22.5" x 15" on Bristol board. Overall tanning, some slight stains at top edge (from paper clip rust) and right side. There is a tiny corner ding in the lower left, and small stains in bottom margin. The art has been folded into quarter size at some point, otherwise mainly minor imperfections. This is still a classic page in Good condition.
