Description

Charles Schulz Peanuts Daily Comic Strip Original Art dated 12-25-58 (United Feature Syndicate, 1958). Linus pours it on in his annual farewell to Santa as Charlie Brown listens while gripping his stomach, in this funny Christmas Day 1958 daily. We don't blame Linus a bit for wanting to hedge his bets for next year, but let's not get too carried away! The late 1950s era was the time Charles "Sparky" Schulz's kiddie strip really came into its own as great entertainment for the entire family, not just for the little ones. This choice example is witty and humorous, and will make a great catch for any fan or collector. The art is in ink over graphite on Bristol board, with an image area of 27" x 5.5". In Very Good condition with mild handling wear.
