    Bob Lubbers Long Sam Sunday Comic Strip Original Art dated 8-14-60 (United Feature Syndicate, 1960). We get to learn how Long Sam ended up with her nickname, as her Maw make some "special formula" for an abandoned baby. Lubbers art on Long Sam is nothing short of perfect. Lovely women, a dash of cornpone comedy, and great backgrounds. Crafted in ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 22.5" x 15.25". The logo is a printed paste-up. Signed in the last panel. In Excellent condition.
