Barry Smith and Sal Buscema - Conan the Barbarian #10, page 13 Original Art (Marvel, 1971). Barry Smith was just rounding into form as an artist when this issue was released, and he was well on his way to becoming a fan favorite! And his collaborator Roy Thomas delivered a fantastic original story here, as Conan, who was not infallible, is too late to save his ally Burgun the Gunderman. The other character of note is Jenna, another Thomas creation who appeared in multiple issues as a quasi-love interest for the Cimmerian. It's a powerful page from "Beware the Wrath of Anu." The page has an image area of 10" x 15". Aside from a few printer's oil stains and tape reside stains at the top and bottom of the page (outside the image area), the art is in Very Good condition.
